Rise Up.

A call to action. A command. A promise to improve one's current situation.

"And you can't find the fighter, but [we] see it in you, so we gonna walk it out." — Andra Day, "Rise Up"

Andra Day's lyrics to the song that shares our name sums up our "why" pretty well. We believe in you and what your body can do, even if or when you do not. We are here to empower you to take ownership of your health and well-being through fitness and nutrition.

In the summer of 2013, before we opened the doors to our first gym together, Dave and I wrote the following and made sure we wouldn't misplace it by putting it on our website's home page:

"Rebirth. Renewal. Community. A gym built for everyone. It was built to be a place where people can walk in broken; physically, mentally, or spiritually, and walk out restored. It is a place where strangers will become a community and shortly after will become a family."

We sincerely thank you for considering a membership with Rise Up Gym. We exist to serve the individuals that walk through our doors looking for improved health and wellness, for community, and for support while doing it.

We are excited to work with you!
